An ‘Angel’s Kiss’ highlights new Voya launch

The world’s first organic seaweed oil for retail has been launched by Voya, according to the company. The nourishing body oil, Angelicus Serratus, takes its name from a seaweed known as ‘the Angel’s Kiss from the Ocean’, which is the primary ingredient.

Voya’s new hydrating body oil has been created to help improve suppleness and elasticity while purifying and cleansing tired skin.

A range of ingredients aims to enhance the seaweed oil. Anti-oxidant rosehip helps to slows the signs of ageing, evening primrose helps improve cell structure and skin elasticity, and vitamin E and high oleic sunflower oil are also included. Angelicus Serratus is also enriched with lime and mandarin to boost skin renewal.

The body oil has been certified by The Soil Association. Voya said Angelicus Serratus was the first of a new range of products to be launched in 2014 and 2015 that will feature new packaging designs. The packaging is made from seaweed and other responsibly sourced materials and is printed with vegetable based inks.
